This year, daylight savings time is one week later than last year. Even so, we still are springing ahead. Yep, it’s that “time” again, Daylight Savings Time! March 14th is the day we move toward the spring season. The great part of spring is it signifies the better weather. On the other hand, we miss out on rest, an hour to be exact.
Typically if you set your alarm for 6:00 a.m. in the morning, you would be waking 5:00 a.m. even though the clock says 6:00 a.m., thus, losing an hour of sleep. On the other hand, it feels like a nice change of pace after the lengthy and cold winter season.
Nothing can be more enjoyable than having more time in the day to enjoy. Similar to the time change, our physical abilities change too as we get older.
Even though our physical ability changes that does not mean we have to be forced out of our residence.
